Our team of experts can help you!
We have organized a group of scientists, embryologists, and reproductive endocrinologists to help you with any problem or question you may have about your cryopreservation program. The success of a vitrification program is dependant upon much more than just survival after warming! Our experts in laboratory set-up, embryo culture, cryopreservation, embryo transfer, and patient stimulation are here to help you with whatever question you may have.

James Stachecki, PhD
James Stachecki, Ph.D., is the founder of I.C.E. LLC has worked in the cryopreservation field for over 20 years. He pioneered the use of choline chloride as a substitute for sodium chloride for slow-cooling oocytes. In 1998 he received the general prize paper award at the ASRM annual meeting for his work vitrifying human oocytes. A year later was granted a US patent for his choline-based freezing medium.

Klaus Wielmer, PhD, HCLD
Klaus Wiemer PhD has extensive experience in all aspects of clinical embryology including embryo culture, follicular stimulation, and cryopreservation. His main interests are in embryo culture systems, improving laboratory outcomes, and studying the effects of follicular stimulations on subsequent oocyte and embryo quality. Klaus is currently conducting research on developing an embryo morphology grading system that can be used to predict rate and quality of blastocyst development.

Sharon Anderson, PhD, HCLD
Dr. Sharon H. Anderson received her PhD in Reproductive Physiology from Penn State Univ. She is a HCLD in andrology and embryology. Dr. Anderson has been an IVF Lab Director for over 25 years, and was Clinical Research Director at a large private fertility center. She was also appointed to the College of American Pathologists (CAP) and is actively involved with the Society for Assisted Reproductive Technology (SART). Sharon Anderson held an adjunct faculty appointment at Drexel University College of Medicine. Her research interests include oocyte and embryo competence and non-invasive methods of evaluating embryo quality to help optimize birth outcomes for infertile patients.
